This is a verbal redesign where we will walk through your home and assess the overall layout of the space, including lighting, flooring, window treatments, arrangement of furniture and accessories. I will provide a detailed analysis with a prioritized list of recommendations to both the homeowner and agent. Generally a consultation takes between 1.5 to 2 hours.
This is the hands-on rearrangement of furnishings, re-hanging of artwork and re-accessorizing of the existing contents of one room, one floor, specific rooms or an entire home. With your permission, we will shop your home for additional items to enhance the new look of your rooms. This generally takes 1-3 hours per room. We may suggest a few additional purchases also.
Much like staging, except the emphasis is on your own personal style and needs. We create a living space that is both beautiful and functional. A redesign begins with a free preview where we will discuss how your family lives, your design style, and how you want to utilize the rooms. The redesign generally takes 1-3 hours per room.
